Welcome to Canterbury Canines
Angela and Adam Hudson live in Eagle Mountain, Utah. They have 6 children and 1 grandchild. They have been breeding dogs for more than 2 decades and love the unconditional love that these dogs and puppies bring into their home.
In their spare time, they love to golf, play basketball and volleyball, knit, go to the zoo and always hang out as a family. Canterbury Canines specializes in English Cream Golden Retrievers, Goldendoodles of all sizes (Micro, Petite Mini, Mini, and Standard), and Cavapoos.
Our dogs live with us and are part of our family. All of our dogs have been raised from puppies with our children and cats. They LOVE to meet new people, and once you see how amazing the parents are, you will want one of their babies!

Angela is the heart behind Canterbury Canines. With over two decades of breeding experience, she ensures every puppy receives the love, socialization, and care needed to become the perfect family companion. Her passion for dogs is matched only by her dedication to her family.

Adam brings hands-on dedication to the Canterbury Canines program. Whether it's maintaining the property, supporting the dogs during whelping, or playing with the puppies, Adam ensures everything runs smoothly. His love for animals and family shines through in everything he does.
The Breeds We Raise
English Cream Goldendoodles
Raised in Micro, Petite Mini, Mini, and Standard sizes from English Golden Retriever and Poodle lines, known for a calm, "old soul" temperament and a pale cream to almost-white coat.

Every parent dog in our program is health tested before being bred. We use Embark DNA testing, which screens for over 250 genetic health conditions, along with OFA evaluations, so families can move forward with real information about their puppy's background. Puppies also come with a 1-Year Hip Guarantee against genetic moderate or severe hip dysplasia and retinal eye disease when raised on Exclusive Signature food for their first 12 months.
From days 3 to 16, every puppy goes through a program of Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) — a series of gentle, specific exercises that support cardiovascular performance, a stronger immune system, and a better tolerance to stress as puppies mature.

Guardian Homes, Not Kennels
Canterbury Canines is entirely kennel-free. Through our Guardian Home program, many of our parent dogs live full-time as cherished pets with approved local families near Eagle Mountain, Utah, coming back to us only for breeding and whelping. It lets every dog in our program get one-on-one love and attention while we keep our breeding standards high without overcrowding our own home.

Our dogs live with us and are part of our family — every one of them has been raised from puppyhood alongside our 6 children and cats. When we're not caring for a litter, the Hudson family loves to golf, play basketball and volleyball, knit, visit the zoo, and just hang out together. That same family-first, everybody's-included spirit is what every Canterbury Canines puppy grows up in before coming home to you.
Serving Eagle Mountain & Beyond
We raise every litter right here at home in Eagle Mountain, Utah, and welcome families from all across Utah County — including Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Provo, and Salt Lake City — to visit, meet the parents, and pick up their puppy in person. For families further away, we can arrange delivery for the cost of travel plus a nanny fee, or connect you with a trusted, reputable puppy nanny service so your new best friend gets one-on-one attention the whole way home.
How We Match Families With Puppies
Every relationship with Canterbury Canines starts with a Puppy Application, so we can get to know your family and lifestyle. A $250 deposit then reserves your place on our waitlist in the order it's received. When a litter becomes available, we reach out with photos and videos, and you'll have 8 business hours to pick your puppy or pass and keep your spot for the next litter.
Once you've chosen your puppy, a Purchase Agreement and the remaining balance complete the process, and your puppy comes home to you at 8 weeks old. Every form — Puppy Application, Deposit Agreement, and Purchase Agreement — is available anytime through our Forms menu, and full pricing details live on our Pricing page.
Our Promise to You
When you reserve a puppy with us, you're getting more than a dog — you're getting our family's word. Every puppy goes home at 8 weeks old with age-appropriate vaccines, dewormings at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks, and a 1-Year Hip Guarantee against genetic moderate or severe hip dysplasia and retinal eye disease when raised on Exclusive Signature food for the first 12 months.
We also stand behind our puppies for life. If you're ever unable to keep a puppy you bought from us, our First Right of Recovery policy means we will always take that dog back rather than see it sold to a pet store, a broker, or surrendered to a shelter. That's a commitment we take as seriously as the day your puppy first came home.
